Privacy policy
What we collect
When you reserve a piece we collect your name, mobile number and email address. We do not ask you to create an account, and we never collect card or bank credentials: payment is arranged directly with us.
Why we collect it
To hold your dates, to reach you about your reservation, and to arrange the hand-over and return of the piece. Nothing more.
Who sees it
Only the owner of the business. We do not sell, rent or share your details.
How long we keep it
For as long as we need it to service your reservation and to keep our own records of completed rentals.
Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 you may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Message us and we will respond within 15 working days.
